The San Carlos Market Place project is a ten acre retail site on Industrial Road in San Carlos.  

The project consisted of the demolition of a portion of an existing building and construction of a new retail space adjacent to an existing Best Buy store, which remained open during the construction of the new buildings.  The project also included a pad retail building fronting on Industrial Road.
