The Sybase headquarters facilities cover 14 acres in Dublin and includes two six-story buildings totaling just over 400,000 square feet. The project includes a fitness center, on-site childcare, and a one acre park.

Kier & Wright provided all surveying, civil engineering services as well as construction staking for the project.
