The @ First project located at North First Street and Holger Way in San Jose consists of three distinct developments within one master project. The project contains a ten acre retail development, a 14 acre big box retail development, and a 14 acre corporate campus development for Brocade Communications Systems. Kier & Wright served as master planner for the project and coordinated the planning, building and public works department submittals. The corporate campus portion of the project included four seven-story office towers with an adjacent five-story parking structure. The retail segments of the project included twelve one-story retail buildings, two seven-story hotel towers and a Target retail store. |
