The 340 acre El Charro Specific Plan (2008) is a City of Livermore high priority project consisting of street and utility infrastructure design for a regional retail area. Kier & Wright provided planning, engineering and surveying services for the project. Key infrastructure improvements included vehicular and pedestrian bridges with utility crossings, major regional storm drainage design, recycled and potable water improvements, sanitary sewer pump station, and shared HMP basins and park improvements.
