Avenue 64

Avenue 64 is a mixed-use, high-density residential development constructed on a former industrial site in Emeryville. Kier + Wright provided civil engineering and land surveying services for the planning and construction of the redevelopment project.

The four-story, 224-unit luxury apartment complex includes ground-floor retail and amenities, such as a pool, a fitness center and a conference room.

Kier & Wright’s scope included subdivision mapping, grading design, utility plans, stormwater treatment design, preparation of plans for extensive off-site improvements on Christie Avenue and 64th Street, and construction staking.
