Kier & Wright Names Six Associates

Kier & Wright is proud to welcome six top-performing, senior team members into positions of company leadership. During a transition dinner in Fremont, Adam Mahoney, Gerry Hammond, Jimmy Vigil, Michael Bassilios, Nektarios Matheou and Zico Saryeddean officially joined Kier & Wright’s corporate management in an associate-level capacity.

These staff make up Kier & Wright’s inaugural class of associates. Their promotion marks the beginning of Kier & Wright’s new Associate Program, a formalized program that creates a process for the promotion and development of select high-performing senior engineering and surveying staff who demonstrate qualities consistent with company leadership.

In addition to being involved in the firm’s decision-making processes, Kier & Wright’s associates will benefit from Associate Program resources designed to help them grow and develop as professionals and as leaders.

Associate status at Kier & Wright is a level of recognition extended only to those senior staff who have shown the strongest leadership potential, demonstrating through proven performance their preparedness for expanded leadership and management responsibilities. The promotion requires a unanimous vote of approval by Kier & Wright’s principals.
